My approach brings together strength training, yoga, and nutrition to create real, lasting change. Not quick fixes, not extremes: Structure, consistency, and a method that works with your body, not against it.

I’ve spent years understanding what the body truly needs, not just to look better, but to function, move, and feel better.

Strength is at the core of everything I do. Because without strength, there is no true stability — and without stability, the body eventually breaks down. This is why your training goes beyond flexibility or aesthetics, and focuses on building a resilient, balanced foundation.

For those who want it, I offer a fully integrated approach combining training, nutrition, and mobility work. Equally, if you prefer to focus on one area, we can tailor your coaching to exactly what you need.
