Yoga Sessions (20 Pack)
20 x 60 minute private Vinyasa Flow Yoga sessions taking place either online via Zoom or in-person at your home (if within Barnet, London, UK area).
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that uses the breath to flow through poses in a creative sequence. It is not only praised for its toning and muscle strengthening qualities, but also for healing the body, mind & soul connection, and creating a strong and grounded foundation of balance, harmony & unity in one's life.
Level: All levels welcome, even absolute beginners.
What you need: Laptop or device with internet connection (for online sessions), a yoga mat (if you don't have a yoga mat, you can use a towel or the carpet, but a yoga mat is recommended), comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, an optional blanket for savasana, and yourself of course ;-)
If opting for the online sessions, it will be taking place on Zoom Meetings (available on https://zoom.us/).
Once you've purchased, for your first session, I will reach out to you to schedule a quick initial consultation to prep you for the session.
You will also receive a New Client Form to fill in before starting the first class, this is to ensure your health and safety. If you do not receive the form, click here to access it.
